After scheduling, you will receive:                         
  1) An immediate Confirmation email , and

  2) A Reminder email  2 days prior to visit
Both emails will contain a link to reschedule or cancel your visit.

Because appointment times are reserved especially for you,
we kindly ask that rescheduling or cancellations be used
only in case of true necessity,

and at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
